Sales Account Administrator (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract) Location: Office-Based - High Wycombe Contract: Fixed-Term (6 Months) The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Sales Account Administrator to join a busy sales support team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment, supporting customers and internal teams to ensure the smooth processing of orders from enquiry through to delivery. Working closely with Sales, Service, Finance and Logistics teams, you''ll play a key role in maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring sales operations run efficiently. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the sales team to help achieve business objectives and deliver excellent customer service. Process customer orders accurately and manage order progress through CRM and ERP systems. Maintain customer records, sales opportunities and campaign information. Coordinate with internal departments to provide customers with delivery updates, estimated arrival times and tracking information. Assist with overdue payment follow-up and support after-sales customer satisfaction. Produce and distribute regular sales and order reports. Process returns, warranty claims, concessions and order amendments. Create and maintain customer accounts and complete supplier setup documentation. Prepare quotations and provide product lead times.
