The delivery of highly effective medical care to the entitled populationThe provision of services commensurate with the GMS contractGeneric prescribing adhering to local and national guidanceEffective management of long-term conditionsProcessing of administration in a timely manner, including referrals and repeat prescriptionsOn a rotational basis, undertake telephone triage and duty doctor rolesMaintain accurate clinical records in line with best practice and guidanceCollaborate with the team to share workload fairlyAdhere to clinical guidelines and the audit processContribute to continuous improvement and quality initiativesHold delegated responsibility for specific areas or QOFAttend and contribute to practice meetingsSupport clinical governance, training, financial management and HR within the practiceEnsure compliance with the appraisal and revalidation processesCommit to continuing professional development and support the training of medical studentsAssist partners in achieving strategic aims and sustaining high-quality careReview and adhere to practice protocols and policiesEncourage collaborative working and a culture of continuous improvementQualifications
