You''ll troubleshoot issues fast, keep data clean, test and roll out new features, and spot opportunities to streamline and help us make the most of our People Team tech. You''ll also lead on system enhancements, support key projects, and introduce smarter tools (including AI) that make processes slicker and the employee experience better.Key Responsibilities (Not exhaustive)Manage day-to-day BAU activity across all People systems and troubleshooting issues promptly.
