This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sage Intacct professional to join a stable, customer-focused support function, providing high-quality application support to a diverse client base.The role is primarily focused on supporting live Sage Intacct environments, working closely with finance teams to ensure system stability, user adoption, and ongoing optimisation. You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering an excellent support experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day application support for Sage Intacct customersAct as a primary or secondary escalation point for Sage Intacct support queriesTroubleshoot and resolve issues across core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, reporting, multi-entity)Support clients through month-end and year-end financial processesManage and resolve support tickets in line with agreed SLAsDeliver configuration changes, minor enhancements, and system improvementsProvide user guidance, training, and best-practice adviceWork closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service deliveryRequired ExperienceProven experience supporting Sage Intacct in a commercial or consultancy environmentStrong understanding of finance ..... full job details .....
