About the Role

As Safety & Security Support Team Leader in London, you will manage and provide technical guidance to a team of four engineers based on a central client site. Your primary responsibility involves overseeing the support, configuration, and maintenance of the Genetec VMS system. Acting as the principal liaison with the client, you will ensure satisfaction through rigorous KPI and SLA management. This permanent, full-time role requires proven leadership skills to direct technical teams effectively. Essential qualifications include strong VMS experience, specifically with Genetec, and current or lapsed Genetec certification. The position offers a basic salary up to £85k, plus a £5k travel allowance and excellent benefits.

Mananage and technically support a team of 4 engineers based on the client's site in Central London, responsible for the support, configuration and maintenance of the Genetec VMS system. Act as main point of contact with the client and ensure client satisfaction through KPI & SLA management.
Must have good experience with VMS systems specifically Genetec, have proven leadership skills to lead and motivate the technical teams on site. Current or lapsed Genetec certification is essential.
