This is one of the best performing sites, with a very engaged management team and a headcount of circa 100. If you want to join a business where safety is driven from the top and the culture is one of improvement, not just in safety, but across all departments, then this could be for you.  Your role is to support the site in moving from a dependant to an interdependent safety culture. Reporting into the Plant Manager and sitting on the senior management team, you will provide the direction, support and clarity in relation to health and safety. You will have a dotted line into a Head of HSE and work alongside a wider company EHS team. You will take ownership for all Safety, Health and Wellbeing activities on site.
