This role would suit a proactive SHE practitioner with experience in manufacturing, engineering, nuclear, defence, construction or similar sectors, who enjoys working closely with operational and project teams to ensure compliance, manage risk, drive continuous improvement and promote a positive safety culture. Key Responsibilities Provide SHE advice and guidance across the business, ensuring compliance with legislation, company procedures and ISO management systems. Support risk assessments, hazard identification and risk reduction activities across engineering, manufacturing and project environments.
