They work at the intersection of sensing, communications and AI-enabled capability, supporting national security and resilience-focused programmes.With a collaborative, delivery-led culture and a strong focus on professional development, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high energy business who are looking to grow their Safety Engineering function.The successful candidate will support delivery of safety assurance throughout the full engineering life cycle - from requirements and architecture through to integration, verification and validation.Role responsibilities (depending on level) Deliver safety engineering activities across the project life cycle.Support/lead safety work packages with ownership of delivery to time, cost and qualityApply recognised safety analysis techniques (eg FMEA, HAZOP, BowTie)Develop and maintain safety artefacts, including: Hazard logsCompliance/legislation assessmentsSafety arguments/safety case reports Collaborate with systems/engineering teams on trade studies, design reviews, and technical feasibilityEngage stakeholders and present safety progress at project reviews Skills andamp; Experience Understanding of systems engineering and safety engineering ..... full job details .....
