This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract, where every day brings new challenges and rewards.Key Responsibilities:Deliver outstanding customer service in a bustling, multi-functional environment.Conduct face fit testing as an accredited Face Fit Tester, ensuring best practise standards are upheld.Provide expert technical advice on safety products and assist customers in selecting the right equipment.Support the hire, servicing, and maintenance of safety equipment, ensuring all customer needs are met.Welcome visitors and delegates, conduct thorough site inductions, and enforce safety procedures.Develop and maintain strong knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.Manage customer inquiries through to resolution, ensuring a seamless experience.Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.Engage in outbound calls to promote services and communicate offers.Uphold Health and Safety standards throughout the site to maintain a safe working environment.
