This is a vital role supporting the welfare, safety and wellbeing of all students, ensuring that safeguarding remains at the heart of everything we do. The successful candidate will work closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), pastoral teams, external agencies and families to respond to safeguarding concerns, manage referrals, and ensure effective early intervention strategies are in place. You will play a key role in promoting a safe and supportive environment where all young people can thrive.
