We are looking for someone who has: Previous experience in a leadership / management Safeguarding role Experience in the childcare sector Experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships with external stakeholders and to be able to represent the company at agency meetings, groups and hearings Your daily tasks would include: Lead the implementation of safeguarding policies, protocols and procedures Promote a culture where the safety of vulnerable Children in Care, Children in Need and Care Leavers is paramount and to reduce organisational risk Act as the Safeguarding lead and ensuring that a stable and secure environment is provided for all young people.
