This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in safeguarding vulnerable learners, providing wellbeing support and helping students overcome barriers that may affect their education, engagement and future outcomes. The Role As Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer, you''ll manage safeguarding and wellbeing referrals and an allocated caseload, providing timely intervention and support to learners who may be experiencing welfare, mental health or personal challenges. What you''ll be doing Triage safeguarding and wellbeing referrals and manage an allocated caseload. Respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns, disclosures and wellbeing issues.... Permanent
