Working in partnership with the DSL, Safeguarding Manager and DDSLs to proactively protect students and uphold all statutory safeguarding duties, including: Risk Identification & Intervention: Identifying students at risk of harm, conducting robust risk assessments, and creating targeted safety plans. Casework & Multi-Agency Liaison: Managing referrals and collaborating with external agencies to secure early help and statutory support. Student Advocacy & Pastoral Care: Advocating for vulnerable learners and overseeing effective pastoral interventions to support their safety and well-being.
