Safeguarding & Pastoral Administrator
About the role: Provide high-quality admin for safeguarding and pastoral teams, ensuring accurate, timely records and smooth processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Log concerns and actions on CPOMS (or equivalent) promptly
Prepare chronologies, meeting papers and referrals
Maintain confidentiality and secure data handling
Coordinate diary, training and compliance updates
Requirements:
Sensitive, discreet communicator with strong admin skills
Experience with safeguarding systems is advantageous
Excellent attention to detail and urgency
