Andover Mind is one of the leading mental health providers in Hampshire. Our Safe Haven service supports those in mental health crisis in Basingstoke and mid Hampshire. The service is covered 7 evenings a week from 5.30pm to 10.30pm, 365 days a year (including bank holidays) on a rolling 4 week rota, and is based at our Wellbeing facility in Basingstoke. The role of Team Leader is therefore crucial, by leading our teams of Practitioners who will deliver our important Safe Haven service. To succeed in this role you will be required to support our Safe Haven Manager by utilising your previous supervisory/Team Leading skills.
