S4/HANA OCM Lead

Our client, a leader in the IT sector, is currently seeking a skilled S4/HANA OCM Lead to join their team on a contract basis. This role is essential for a large-scale SAP S/4 HANA transformation project that requires significant experience in organisational change management.Key Responsibilities:Leading organisational change management on large-scale SAP S/4 HANA programmesTaking full accountability for the OCM strategy and its executionManaging the OCM aspects of complex IT transformation programmesInterfacing with business sponsors and stakeholders to align OCM activities with business objectivesDeveloping and implementing change management plans to ensure successful adoption and utilisation of SAP S/4 HANATraining and supporting end-users and business teams throughout the transformation processProviding regular updates and reports on progress, challenges, and successes to senior managementJob Requirements:Extensive experience in organisational change management for large-scale programmesPreferable experience with SAP S/4 HANA projectsAbility to take full accountability for OCM strategy and executionExperience in managing complex IT transformation programmesSignificant seniority and experience to own agendas and interface with business sponsorsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate change management activitiesFlexibility to work 3 days onsite per week in Temple, LondonThis contract position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a significant ..... full job details .....
