Job Title: S2P Process and Systems LeadLocation: Warwick (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension)About the Role: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced S2P Process and Systems Lead to spearhead the transition, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of their end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) capabilities. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment, influencing cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement across a complex stakeholder landscape.Key Responsibilities:Process and Governance: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of S2P processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.Systems Management: Own and maintain the S2P systems roadmap, driving enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to standardise and optimise procurement processes.Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and value realisation.Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder engagement and change adoption to ensure new processes are seamlessly integrated and sustained.Essential Skills and Experience:Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.Significant experience in leading procurement process and ..... full job details .....
