Position Overview This is a senior valuation role combining hands-on surveying work with team leadership responsibilities. You''ll coordinate all valuations within your designated area, delivering your own portfolio of work whilst providing professional support and guidance to other valuers. Your role is central to maintaining the practice''s reputation for high-quality rural and agricultural valuations, covering residential properties, development appraisals, and specialist rural assessments for various purposes including loan security, inheritance tax, and estate planning.
