The Role As a Rural Surveyor / Land Agent, you will: Provide professional land and property advice on behalf of a wide range of clients Deliver infrastructure, utilities, and renewable energy projects to a consistently high standard Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landowners, occupiers, contractors, and consultants Lead negotiations and manage stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles Support property and asset management activities, including long-term improvement strategies Manage capital and operational budgets and investment programmes Identify and develop new business opportunities across the North East region Support and mentor junior colleagues and trainees ..... full job details .....
