Rural Surveyor

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working in collaboration with Clarke & Simpson to recruit an experienced and driven Rural Surveyor to join their Framlingham office. 
Clarke & Simpson is a well-established practice in the heart of Suffolk, Framlingham, and this role offers a key opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional, community-focused environment and enjoys working across a broad range of rural property matters. The role is flexible office-based, offering stability, structure and close collaboration with an experienced team. 

What the role covers 
You’ll contribute to a varied and rewarding workload, including: 

•    Valuations across agricultural, rural and mixed-use assets
•    Estate management and long-term strategic advice
•    Landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews and succession
•    Rural planning, development appraisals and diversi?cation projects
•    Compensation and compulsory purchase work
•    Supporting rural property sales and acquisitions
•    Building strong relationships with landowners, farmers and local stakeholders

What you’ll bring

•    MRICS quali?ed or working toward chartership
•    Experience in rural surveying, estate management or agricultural property
•    Strong communication skills and a con?dent, client-focused approach
•    A practical understanding of rural issues and the local landscape
•    Ability to manage a varied workload with accuracy and professionalism
