Location: Suffolk Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + benefits

Conrad Consulting is working with a long-established rural practice in Suffolk that is looking to appoint an experienced Rural Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role and enjoys working closely with landowners, farmers, and rural businesses across the region.

You’ll be joining a respected firm with deep roots in the local community, offering a mix of professional consultancy, valuation, estate management, and rural agency work. The position provides genuine scope for progression, autonomy, and long-term career development.

You will be involved in a broad range of rural surveying work, including:

• Valuations for a variety of purposes

• Rural property sales, acquisitions, and lettings

• Estate and land management

• Agricultural tenancy matters

• Compensation, grants, and rural business advice

• Supporting clients with strategic planning and long-term asset management

• MRICS qualified or working toward chartership

• Experience in rural surveying, estate management, or agricultural consultancy

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships

• Commercially aware with a proactive, hands-on approach

• A good understanding of rural property markets and agricultural practices

• Full UK driving licence

• Salary between £45,000 – £50,000
