Rural Sales Representative

This is a varied role combining both office-based responsibilities and field sales, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for the agricultural sector. This position is ideal for an individual seeking a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. The Role Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers across the region. Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through farm visits, outbound calls, and online enquiries. Represent the company at demonstrations, confidently showcasing machinery and equipment to prospective customers. Handle customer enquiries professionally, delivering effective solutions that meet both client expectations and business objectives. Assess and sell used equipment, completing detailed reports both on-site and at depot locations. Prepare accurate quotations, calculate costs, and ensure all sales are commercially viable and profitable. Take ownership of personal performance, consistently striving to meet and exceed sales targets, including machinery and extended warranty sales.
