      <description>Location: Skipton | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | The Role   Reporting to the Head of Buildings, you will oversee the delivery of maintenance, refurbishment, compliance and capital projects across the estate. You''ll ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, on budget and to the highest standards, while helping preserve and enhance some of Yorkshire''s most significant historic and rural properties.
