Rural Asset Manager - Reports to Head of Property

Are you an experienced rural property professional looking for a role where you can combine estate management, commercial thinking, and hands-on project delivery?We''re looking for a Rural Asset Manager to join our Property and Estates team and take an important role in managing and enhancing a varied portfolio of rural and residential property across Lincolnshire.This is much more than a traditional property management position. You''ll have the opportunity to influence how our assets are managed, maintained, and developed, while building strong relationships with tenants, colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders. This role will enable you to make a real difference to a diverse Rural Estate.Reporting to the Head of Property and managing the Property Lead, you''ll bring together asset management, tenancy management, compliance, financial control, and capital project delivery to ensure the portfolio performs well today and continues to deliver long-term value. What you''ll be doing:Every day will bring something different. You''ll take ownership of a broad range of property and estate matters.Managing contractual arrangements across our rural and residential portfolio, including lettings, handovers, tenancy matters and third-party agreements.Ensuring properties meet all relevant statutory, health and safety, landlord and compliance requirements.Identifying opportunities to improve the performance, utilisation, sustainability, and long-term value of our assets.Supporting ..... full job details .....
