Job Title: RTITB Forklift Driver

Location: Basildon, Essex

Pay: -13.74ph

Temporary role until 28.02.2027

AMLR are currently looking for an-experienced RTITB-certified Forklift Driver-to join our busy warehouse and logistics operation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials around the warehouse, loading and unloading vehicles, and supporting the wider warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift in accordance with site procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Tipping Swarf Skips
• Move, stack and organise stock within the warehouse.
• Carry out daily pre-use forklift checks and report any defects.
• Ensure goods are handled and stored correctly.
• disposal of pallets and other wastes

Requirements

• Valid RTITB forklift operator qualification/certificate.
• Previous forklift and warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating a-counterbalance B1 forklift
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Follow all company health & safety procedures and instructions.
