Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for a highly regarded and reputable law firm based in Lancashire, currently seeking a talented and driven RTA Personal Injury Solicitor to join their growing team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.In this role, you will take ownership of a busy and varied caseload, handling pre-litigated and litigated Road Traffic Accident (RTA) personal injury claims from inception through to resolution.Position: RTA Personal Injury SolicitorLocation: Lancashire (Hybrid working available)Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)Key responsibilities as an RTA Personal Injury Solicitor:Managing a full caseload of RTA personal injury matters efficiently and effectivelyDrafting essential legal documentation, including, Letters of claim, Witness statements, Schedules of loss and Court pleadingsHandling claims via both the MOJ Portal and OIC Portal, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughoutNegotiating settlements with insurers, defendants, and third-party representatives to secure the best possible outcomes for clientsAbout you as an RTA Personal Injury Solicitor:Qualification as a Solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE in Personal Injury lawStrong communication, advocacy, and organisational skillsThe ability to work autonomously, manage your own caseload, and consistently meet billing and fee targetsBenefits:25 days ..... full job details .....
