The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years experience of dealing with Litigated RTA cases. You will handle a cradle-to-grave caseload, dealing with litigated matters to trial. As such, you must be a confident litigator with a strong understanding of the litigation process. The caseload will be a mix of high quality FT and MT cases.
