RTA Litigation Executive/Solicitor

RTA LITIGATION EXECUTIVE/SOLICITOR BOLTON £30-50K DOE EXCEPTIONAL CAREER PROGRESSION We are currently seeking an experienced lawyer to join our clients flourishing RTA department. The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years experience of dealing with Litigated RTA cases. You will handle a cradle-to-grave caseload, dealing with litigated matters to trial. As such, you must be a confident litigator with a strong understanding of the litigation process. The caseload will be a mix of high quality FT and MT cases. Responsibilities Managing a caseload of RTA claims from cradle to grave Conducting thorough legal research and providing sound legal advice to clients Preparing and drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court where necessary Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Collaborating with colleagues to ensure successful case outcomes Keeping up to date with relevant legal developments and regulatory changes Person Specification Proven billing track record handling a litigated caseload from cradle to grave Demonstrable tenacity and drive Strong focus on progressing cases through litigation to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients Experience handling Litigated RTA cases Sound knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, relevant case law, and litigation trends, with the ability to apply these effectively Previous experience using the Proclaim case management system is ..... full job details .....
