RTA Credit Hire LitigatorLocation and Salary
Location: BoltonSalary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annumResponsibilities
Manage a caseload of litigated RTA Credit Hire claims from inception to trial.Conduct negotiations and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.Attend court hearings and case management conferences as required.Requirements
Proven experience managing a litigated RTA caseload, with a focus on Credit Hire.Strong knowledge of the CPR and relevant case law.Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.Benefits
