The Paladign system underpins core operations here - financial reporting, order execution, portfolio management and client reporting - so real, current Paladign exposure is essential. This is a five-day-a-week on-site role in the City. Please only apply if you can commit to that pattern. What you''ll be doing: Enhancing and maintaining the in-house Paladign system Developing on IBM i (iSeries/System i/AS400) using RPG and CL Building and supporting interfaces to reporting, execution and portfolio systems Unit and integration testing, managing software releases, and maintaining documentation Working with global development, QA and production support teams Essential: Strong, current Paladign experience - ideally including the update module All flavours of RPG (fixed and free format) plus CL on IBM i/AS400 XML, MQ Series, SFTP (or similar) and SQL Solid Financial Services background - private banking/wealth management ideal Able to work on site in the City 5 days per week Assessed as Inside IR35 Contract
