Main purpose of the role: The post holder will support vulnerable homeless adults.   Reducing repeat homelessness by supporting vulnerable adults, homeless people, former rough sleepers, offenders, and those with complex needs who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.   The postholder will assist service users in developing, utilising, and enhancing both new and existing skills, knowledge, and confidence to break the cycle of homelessness, prevent its recurrence, and support sustained independent living.   The post holder should be committed to supporting vulnerable service users as needed and must have a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle for work use.
