Location: (Trowbridge based but county wide) Interviews are to be held on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th September in Trowbridge. Turning Point Connect drug and alcohol service are currently recruiting an Outreach Rough Sleeper Recovery Worker to do just that! We are passionate about taking our service to those who need it most so the Rough Sleeper Outreach Recovery Worker role is crucial to making this happen. Role Responsibility You will manage a caseload of clients, supporting them to decide their goals around treatment and develop plans to achieve these. You will also work closely with our partner agencies, particularly around housing support for this particular client group who will be either homeless or at risk of homelessness. The role includes maintaining regular contact with your clients, offering advice, information and psycho-social interventions as well as providing assessments, risk management planning and working closely with our clinical staff around prescribing and other needs. No day is the same in this role and an ability to communicate effectively with a range of clients and colleagues, an ability to manage different tasks and a commitment to Turning Point values are essential.
