ROTA Nanny

Role: Rota Nanny Care for: B1 and B5 Days: 7 days on / 7 days off Location: Weybridge Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 gross per annum (depending on skills, qualifications, and experience) We are seeking a fantastic, experienced Rota Nanny to join a family, based in Weybridge, Surrey. You will work in partnership with another Nanny and will be working on a 7 day on/7 day off basis. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the children are well-cared for, emotionally and physically, while maintaining a healthy, balanced, and age-appropriate routine. The parents would like to find someone confident with both infant and school-aged care, who has a strong knowledge of child development and who is capable of adapting activities and routines to suit each child s stage and personality. The ideal candidate will be naturally energetic, warm, and highly engaged -someone who takes genuine joy in spending time with children and can create a fun and enriching environment for them. A key part of this role is planning thoughtful, stimulating activities in the home (both indoors and outdoors), with an emphasis on creativity, learning through play, and supporting emotional development. The family highly values a nanny who is proactive, discreet, and emotionally intelligent - someone able to support the parents and children as part of a collaborative and respectful household.
