This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Key ResponsibilitiesCreating and managing staff rotas and schedules.Planning and maintaining client and staffing requirements.Communicating effectively with clients, staff and professionals.Managing changes to schedules and ensuring continuity of service.Participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota.Supporting and covering calls when required during periods of high demand or emergencies.
