What will the role involve?

Leadership

- Lead, support, and inspire your team, setting an example for your colleagues.

Planning and Assessment

- Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Collaboration

- Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.

Teaching Excellence

- Support the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.

Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a dedicated individual who can achieve outstanding results for our children:

Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (Essential)

An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs)

Open, honest, and compassionate
