Room Manager – Toddlers Room

We''re looking for an experienced and passionate Room Manager to lead our busy Toddlers Room. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident early years professional who is ready to inspire a team and create an outstanding learning environment for young children.

As Room Manager, you''ll oversee the day-to-day running of the room, ensuring the highest standards of care and education while supporting your team and building strong relationships with children and their families.

About You

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding.
• Positive, organised, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
