Room LeaderZero2Five are proud to be working with a quality private nursery based near Forest Row, East Sussex, who are seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to lead their Two-Year-Old Room.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Early Years professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive nursery environment that is committed to delivering outstanding childcare and early education.Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team within the Two-Year-Old RoomCreate a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for childrenPlan and deliver engaging activities that support children''s learning and developmentMonitor children''s progress and maintain accurate learning and development recordsComplete and oversee two-year progress reviewsBuild strong partnerships with parents, carers and external professionalsSupport the early identification of additional needs and appropriate interventionsEnsure safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS requirements are consistently metSupport, mentor and develop team members within the roomMaintain high standards of care, hygiene and record keeping Requirements: Relevant Early Years Qualification (Level 3 or above)Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior PractitionerStrong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding proceduresExperience working with two-year-old childrenExcellent communication, organisational and leadership skillsA genuine passion for supporting young children''s ..... full job details .....
