Many of their staff have been with the setting for years, reflecting how much they value, support and appreciate every member of their team.You ll be joining a close-knit, welcoming environment where the team genuinely feels like a family and everyone works together to provide the very best care and experiences for the children.The RoleAs Room Leader, you will: Lead and oversee the day-to-day running of the 2 4s room.Support and motivate your team, ensuring staff are deployed effectively.Create a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS.Complete observations, assessments and learning journeys.Build strong relationships with children, parents and carers.Act as a positive role model and champion safeguarding, health and safety and best practice.Support the ongoing development of the team and setting.
