The Room Leader is responsible for maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment, leading the room team, and ensuring high standards of practice are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management and organisation of the nursery room. Supervise, support, and motivate practitioners, students, and apprentices. Plan staff deployment to ensure children''s needs and statutory ratios are consistently met. Monitor the quality of practice and provide guidance to the room team. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, presentation, and resources. Communicate effectively with management regarding room performance, staffing, and children''s needs.
