About the Role As a Room Leader, you will create a warm, stimulating and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued and inspired to learn. You will lead your team by example, ensuring high standards of care, learning and safeguarding while building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of Early Years Practitioners within your room. Create and maintain a high-quality learning environment. Plan engaging, child-led learning opportunities that support each child''s individual development. Monitor children''s progress and complete accurate observations and assessments.
