Room Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Practitioners and 2 Room Leaders to join our childcare team(Toddlers and Preschool). The successful candidates will be responsible for leading a team within our nursery setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children''s development while fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, along with a genuine passion for working with young children. Lead and oversee daily nursery activities, ensuring they meet developmental and educational standards Understands the EYFS and Safeguarding Plan, organise, and implement engaging learning experiences tailored to children''s individual needs Supervise and support nursery staff, promoting teamwork and professional development Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, staff, and visitors Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and policies Monitor children''s progress and maintain accurate records of their development Contribute to the ongoing improvement of nursery practices through reflective practice and feedback Qualifications For Preschool Room Leader - Preferable BSc in Early Years and a QTS.
