To work as the Room Leader and Early Years Practitioner in the 3-year classroom, working alongside 4 other members of the team.Key Responsibilities
Lead and support your room team to provide high-quality care and playful learning experiencesPlan and deliver creative activities, from messy play and outdoor adventures to cosy story timesBe a role model for your team, offering guidance, encouragement, and new ideasBuild strong relationships with families, sharing the joy of their child’s daily achievementsKeep the room safe, welcoming, and bursting with opportunities to exploreCelebrate children’s progress through observations and learning journeysWork closely with the management team to ensure the very best for every childSkills and Qualifications
Must have a relevant level 3 or above specific childcare (early years) qualificationPrevious nursery experience, with some leadership or senior role responsibilitiesGood knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted requirements and safeguarding proceduresGreat leadership, communication, and organisational skillsA genuine passion for working with young children and helping them to reach their full potentialSomeone warm, approachable, and ready to bring positivity to the teamMust have bundles of enthusiasm, a good sense of fun and a love of the great outdoors come rain or shineBenefits
