We are looking for an experienced Room Leader to join a busy and supportive nursery in Penge East (SE26). This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3-qualified childcare professional to lead a team, support children’s learning and development, and make a real difference every day.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and manage a nursery room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Support and mentor your team to provide high-quality care and education
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers about their child’s progress
• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the room and contribute to nursery operations

What we’re looking for:

• Level 3 in Childcare or above (essential)
• Experience leading a room or team within an early years setting
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about children’s development
• Strong organisational and communication skills
