Room Leader

Room Leader – Chingford | Up to £15,00 p/hr | Full Time

We’re partnering with a well-established nursery in Chingford to find a motivated Room Leader ready to lead a team of early years practitioners and deliver outstanding care.

Requirements:

• Level 3 in Childcare essential
• Experience in an early years setting, ideally in a leadership role
• Strong communication and team management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a playroom and mentor your team to maintain high-quality care
• Deliver education and activities in line with EYFS
• Allocate children to keycarers and provide professional feedback to parents
• Promote the nursery and maintain positive relationships with families
• Ensure the room operates safely, efficiently, and in line with nursery policies
