Key Responsibilities Supervise roofing teams on site and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard. Prepare and complete  Friday packs  for upcoming works. Carry out  RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)  and ensure they are understood and followed by the team. Monitor site progress, quality, materials and productivity. Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed. Liaise with clients, site teams and contractors where required. Provide regular updates and  report directly to the Manager  on project progress, issues and requirements. Identify and resolve problems on site efficiently. Ensure projects are completed on time and to the required specification. Requirements Previous experience in roofing supervision or a similar senior roofing role. Good knowledge of roofing systems, site procedures and health & safety. Experience completing RAMS and site documentation. Strong communication and organisational skills.... Temporary
