Roofing Site Manager - London

I am currently in need of a Roofing Site Manager to manage a -3.5 million roofing package on a large commercial project in London. The works involved are solely external package which is primarily a large new roofing system.

The Candidate - must be capable of trade management, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, toolbox talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site and Q/A.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.

My client is looking to pay a competitive day rate and to start the suitable candidate within the next couple of weeks.
