Senior Project Manager – Production and Quality Control

to lead our production department with a focus on organization, planning, and accountability. This is not a “run-and-gun” foreman role—this is a structured leadership position requiring strong project management skills, the ability to coordinate multiple crews and supervisors efficiently, and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly.What You’ll DoDepartment Leadership and OrganizationOversee and organize production operations for 4–5 roofing crews and 3–5 production staff members.

Ensure scheduling efficiency—jobs are planned to maximize crew productivity and minimize unnecessary travel.

Coordinate and approve repair schedules, ensuring work orders align with crew capabilities and supervisor coverage.

Hold supervisors and crews accountable for following company processes, safety standards, and paperwork completion.

Project Planning and SchedulingMaintain an organized production calendar that aligns with material availability, crew schedules, and client timelines.

Assign jobs logically based on location, crew skill set, and supervisor availability.

Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet GreenTek’s quality standards.

Field Oversight and Quality ControlSpend approximately 30 hours/week in-office planning and managing, and 10–15 hours/week in the field conducting inspections and spot checks.

Verify workmanship meets company standards through regular site visits.

Identify and address any deviations from plans or safety protocols.

Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with project coordinators, customers, supervisors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting schedules or resources as needed.

Support recruitment, training, and development of production staff.

Innovative in creating new training and meeting topics for the department on their own and implementing new standards that ensures the quality of Greentek.

What We’re Looking ForRequired:

Proven project management experience (construction or trades experience , roofing a plus).

Strong organizational skills—able to manage multiple projects and moving parts simultaneously.

Ability to create order, structure, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Skilled communicator with leadership presence and the ability to hold teams accountable.

Familiarity with

construction/project

management software.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally between sites.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
