Roofing Merchant Manager

Our client are a leading supplier of construction materials providing roofing supplies to a mixture of contractors, house builders, housing associations, and end users.An exciting opportunity has arisen in their branch network for a Roofing Merchant Manager to join their busy branch. This is a standalone role which will see you managing all aspects of the Roofing Supplies division.Your day will be varied and will involve but is not limited to:- Serving customers on the trade counter- Dealing with sales and quotations over the phone and via email- Working out in the warehouse/yard to ensure stock is adequate- Ensuring deliveries are ready to go out to customers- Dealing with Goods In for Roofing materials to make sure they are correct and stored correctlyOur client are looking for an experienced Roofing Merchant professional who has a strong knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing and who is happy to get involved in all aspects of running the Roofing Supplies businses.The package on offer includes:- Basic salary of up to c£45k depending on experience- Company bonus- 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)- Company pension- Company discounts- Life Assurance amongst other benefitsIf you are interested in finding out more about this exciting opportunity with a view to setting up an interview, please apply ..... full job details .....
