Roofing Manager - Reactive Maintenance and Planned Works50k - 55k plus package - PermanentBased in Hemel Hempstead Our client is a well established and growing property maintenance contractor delivering reactive maintenance and planned works across the social housing sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Roofing Manager to lead and develop their roofing division. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced roofing professional with strong operational and commercial experience to oversee both reactive repairs and planned roofing projects, managing directly employed operatives, specialist subcontractors and scaffolding contractors while ensuring exceptional standards of quality, safety and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesAdditional duties include:Managing the day-to-day operation of the in-house roofing division, ensuring all reactive maintenance and planned roofing works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.Leading, motivating and supporting directly employed roofing operatives while managing specialist roofing and scaffolding subcontractors.Planning and programming works to maximise productivity, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Carrying out regular site inspections, quality audits and performance reviews to ensure works are completed to the highest standards.Pricing, validating and managing works using Schedule of Rates (SOR), with NHF Schedule of Rates experience highly desirable.Preparing ..... full job details .....
