Job DescriptionLocation: Alloa Position: Permanent, Full-TimeBenefits: Company Car/Car AllowanceKey Responsibilities:Attending meetings with both new and existing clientsWorking alongside Roofing Supervisors to define project scope for estimating and tenderingAssisting with Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)Preparing and issuing written quotationsMonitoring project costs vs income on a weekly basisReporting to the Board of Directors at monthly contract valuation meetingsEnsuring Health and Safety compliance across all roofing operationsSupporting and coordinating multiple roofing projects simultaneouslyRequirements:Minimum 5 years'' experience within the roofing industryStrong knowledge of steel roofing/cladding and single ply membrane systemsProven experience in a similar Roofing Manager roleExcellent communication, organisational, and IT skillsAbility to build strong working relationships with clients and teamsProactive, enthusiastic, and solutions-focused approachQualifications:Recognised trade qualification in RoofingFull UK Driving LicenceThis is an excellent opportunity to join an established and reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work.Equal Opportunities:First People Solutions is committed to equal opportunities regardless of gender, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief and age. ..... full job details .....
